Existing System:

Currently for creation of an audit the users have to fill in many details such as audit program types,locations etc.All these are secondary information which is required for creation an audit.Entering all these information takes time for the user to create the audit.

Purpose:

• To provide a much easier audit creation template to the user so that audits can be created quickly and with ease.

Enhanced State :

• The following fields will be available in the basic audit creation template:
  • Name of Audit Program
  • Program Start Date
  • Select Protocol
• The basic audit creation template is for creation of only site protocol audit.
• If the user wants to create a corporate audit or a non protocol audit the users will have to use the Advanced Set Up.
• The fields will be defaulted as per the configurations of the customer :
• For example : If the field of "Require Action Items to be verified" is defaulted to Yes via the configuration then in the hidden state in the basic audit creation form this field will be defaulted to Yes.

Existing System:

• Currently there is no provision of setting up default responses by audit questions.For example ,if there are 10 audit questions in a protocol then via the existing custom settings we can set up a default response for all the questions.There cannot be different default responses by audit question.

Purpose:

Different stakeholders utilize different audit protocols within the Audits module. Some of these groups utilize their audits at a high frequency and require default responses, so that they are only required to record deficiencies if they exist.  For example, a vehicle inspection assumes the vehicle is in good condition – it has good tires, the headlights are working, there is not mechanical issues, and the seatbelts are in good condition. The vehicles will be inspected every time they are put into use, perhaps multiple times per day. Since vehicles depreciate slowly over time, deficiencies are not expected to be a common occurrence, but the safety procedures must be followed to mitigate the risk.

The purpose of this change is to thus allow the users to set up any kind of default response.

Enhanced System:

• New Column for default response has been introduced in the responses set up and the questions set up.
• If any response is set as default then the same will be selected in default in the questionnaire.

Audits reports do not have the best practices.

Purpose:

• Ability to have best practices in the audit reports so that the same can be shared easily.
