Existing System: 

• A user can create multiple user views. However, they wouldn't be able to share them to any other user. 

Purpose:

• To provide more flexibility to define company wide dashboard views. 

Enhanced System:

In the enhanced system, 

• View can be be shared with 
  • All Global Users
  • All Scoped Locations.
  • All Active Users of Current Location.
  • All Active Roles.
  • All Corporate Groups and Current Location Groups.

• System Administrator only will have the ability to share the view. 

Impacts: None.
