Adding Attachments to Case Management
Step-by-step instructions
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on the Case Management Menu Item.
- Click on the Case Number.
- Click on the Attachments tab.
- Click on the Add button.
Upload the file from the system, by clicking on the Choose File Button
Click on the Click to Attach File Button.
- Enter the Title Name.
- Complete remaining all the fields and Click on the Save button.
