Action Item Verification Overview

Step-by-step instruction:

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Audit Management menu item.
3. Click on the Manage Audits menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Perform Audit tab.
6. Click on the Action Item tab.
7. Click on the Add button.
   
   
   
   
8. Select the Verification Required checkbox.
