Purpose : User not able to record the details of the user/employee observed .It currently has limited information till observers only

Enhanced  System:

• New fields added Individual Observed & Observed type for Peer to Peer Observation 
• The above field data will also appear in Observation List , RC reports  and in Cognos same as Group Observation
• Existing Data : fieldswill appear in old peer to peer observations also

• Bulk select NA Option for all the sections is possible . 

Purpose :

• As it is not possible to select NA section wise .User have to manually select the response for the questions in that Section

• New checkbox  "Select NA" to bulk select NA sectionwise i.e by the Behaviour Classification of an Observation

• Applicable for Peer to Peer Observation only

  • This key makes the individual Observed field for Group Observation only as Mandatory / Non Mandatory .

Purpose :

  • This would hide Individual Observed for Group only as we have separate custom setting to hide the Observed type 
  • Value : Yes - Hide the individual Observed field , No- Show the field
• IsIndividualObservedPicklistMandatory
  
  • As we added individual Observed for Peer to Peer in this version ,the same key to be used for Peer to Peer observations also  .
  • Which means if value is Yes = it will make individual observed field for both group and peer to peer as mandatory and vice versa
