PMP-59835 As an end user I would like to have an option to manage Floor Plan Layout

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have the option to manage floor plan for facility.

Purpose:

  • Provide option to manage floor plan for facility. 
  • Floor plan can be used to identify exact location of activities like Incidents, Audits, Sample Collection, Risk Assessment etc. 
  • Facility wise report can be produced for activities using Floor plan layout and Risk Point report. 

Enhanced System:

  • Permission to manage floor plan in Location Administration Role
  • Location Administrator can manage floor plan for the facility
  • Floor plan can be mapped to modules to activate the feature for module.
  • Floor plan will have multiple versions, based on the changes to layout. 
  • Floor plan can be used in modules based on effective date , status and latest version of layout
  • Audit trail will be managed to track the changes to layout with reason for change.
  • Floor plan will have Latitude and Longitude information to track exact geo location of activities and can be view in map in future. 
  • Floor plan will allow to upload only jpeg/jpg file type.

Existing System

  • There is no option to map an activity to exact location of a floor plan layout like Incident , Audit , Sample or Risk Assessment

Purpose:

  • Provide an option to map activities to floor plan layout.

Enhanced System:

  • Developed a new control "Drop a Pin" for product.
  • Control has the feature to display floor plan layout available for the location/facility.
  • Layout will display based on location and module
  • Drop a Pin control can be integrate to any activity like Incident, Audit, Sample, Risk Assessment , Action Item etc.
  • Drop a Pin control will track exact location of the activity based on floor plan layout.
  • Drop a Pin control features
    • Reset Drop a Pin location
    • Zoom In and Out
    • Enlarged View 
  • Drop a Pin control will display latest version of layout for new record and old version for existing version based on use.

Existing System

  • Currently there is no widget that provides option to view activities with Risk Point on floor plan layout.

Purpose:

  • Provide widget to view activities on floor plan layout using  Risk Point
  • Colorful visual representation of activities using Risk Point for representing the density of dots in a layout
  • View multiple module activities on a single widget and layout.
  • Clear visualization of activities based actual physical location

Enhanced System:

  • Widget to view multiple module activities on a floor plan layout with colorful visual representation
  • Filter activities based on module and sub module categories
  • Filter activities based on time period
  • Filter activities based on dependencies
  • Display legend for each activity type data 
  • Filters:
    • Module - Default All
    • Module Categories
    • Last 1 Year, Last 6 Months, Last 2 Year 
    • Version
  • No navigation
  • Permission: No permission to see the widget, data will be based on module view permission.

PMP-54351 Ability to display the employee widget at Level

Configurable: No

Existing System

  • Employee widget displays data only for location

Purpose:

  • Enabling widget to display employee data based on level

Enhanced System:

  • The employees list populated would be based only on user's location scope
  • The user having permission to Enterprise/Location Setup Manage Employee can access selected employee information using this search 
  • Employee having reportees, can access only reportees information (of all his scoped location)
  • The Search should show only top 10 employees list and data will display after providing minimum three letter of name.
  • This top 10 employees list should be sorted by first name alphabetically (Configured in Widget setting )
  • This should show the details in the format <Employee Name - Employee ID>. Employee ID also should be appended to the name 
  • The search bar width also to be increased so that user can be able to see the details of Name+ID clearly
  • Module quick link with icon and count will display data based on level selection and employee applicability. 
  • Filters:
    • Current Year
    • Previous and Current Year
    • Current and Next Year 
  • On click of module Quick links with Icon and Count will navigate module specific list with filter applied. 
  • Permission: Widget data based on user location and level permission for employee management. Module quick links with icon and count based module view permission.

PMP-56728 Changes to the Change/Reset Password Notification to exclude username

Configurable: No

Existing System

  • System inactivate users after three unsuccessful attempts when trying to login

  • System inactivate users after password expiration based on the password expire policy of 30/60/90/120 days.

Purpose:

  • System should not inactivate user based on unsuccessful login attempts or password expire. It should send reset password email to user to change/reset password for login.

Enhanced System:

  • When the user has exceeded the maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts, then 

    1. An alert should be shown saying "You have exceeded maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts. A reset password link is sent to your registered mail Id."
    2. It shouldn't inactivate user but his password should be removed/expired. 
    3. A notification mail should be triggered immediately with reset password link.
    4. Once user clicks on the link, he should be redirected to reset password screen where he will have option to enter a new password. 
    5. Once he clicks save, user would be able to login to system with his changed password. 
  • If user is attempting to login with correct/Incorrect password for 4th time, then

    1. Captcha should appear. 
    2. User should not be able to login as his previous password is already expired.
    3. An alert should be shown saying "You have exceeded maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts.Please login using the reset password link sent to your registered mail Id."
  • Once the password expired after stipulated time period and user is trying to attempt to login to system, then

    • An alert should be shown saying "Your password has expired. Pls. reset your password using the link sent to your registered mail Id."
    • A notification mail should be triggered immediately with reset password link.
    • Once user clicks on the link, he should be redirected to reset password screen where he will have option to enter a new password. 
    • Once he clicks save, user would be able to login to system with his changed password. 
  • Once the password is reset there is a notification being sent out as detailed below

  • Below are the suggested changes to this notification when user changed his password after login to application using change password screen.

PMP-53189 Ability to save quick link preferences by system layout view

Existing System

  • Currently, quick links are saved by user and location. If a quick link preference is once saved, it would reflect across views where ever a quick link widget is added. 

Purpose:

  • User should be able to save quick link preference by View. If he navigates to any other view, he should see quick links as per what is saved for the other view

Enhanced System:

User View

  • User should be able to save quick links preference by view. He would get the entire list of quick links and he will be able to set some or all links among them as preferred. Control has the feature to display floor plan layout available for the location/facility.
  • When the user navigates to a different location, quick links widget should hide the links based on his roles/permissions in that location.
  • Quick Links Preference screen would show all the links irrespective of which location or permissions the user have. Once the preferences are saved and user lands in a particular location, the links would show/hide based on permissions.

Shared View

  • When any other user navigates to a shared view, he should be able to see only those links which were saved for that view by the view creator. Location scope and permissions would apply. Quick Links preference ellipse options would be in disabled mode as any user who doesn't own that view cannot changes preferences.

System View

  • In System Views, the quick links preferences cannot be changed by any user. The option will be hidden in this case as well.
