PMP-44584 Add Verification fields to Select Columns option of Manage View in Action Item screen list

  • Title: NA
  • Public / Private: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have the option to view verification fields in manage action item screen.

Purpose:

  • Provide verification fields in select column option of manage view
  • This is a useful information to view all action item information in a single view.

Enhanced System:

  • Add verification field to select columns option of manga view
  • User can view and export data using export to excel option

PMP-56473 As an end user I would like to view action items count by due date in home page widget

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public / Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Currently there is no widget that provides option to view action item count based on due date

Purpose:

  • Provide widget to view action item count based on due date

Enhanced System:

  • Widget to view action item count based on due date as below:
    • Overdue 0-30 days
    • Overdue 31-60 days
    • Overdue 61-90 days
    • Overdue more than 90 days
    • Due in 0-30 days
    • Due in 31-60 days
    • Due in 61-90 days
    • Due in more than 90 days
  • Filters:
    • Module - Default All
    • All Action Item / My Action Item 
  • On click of due date count, navigate to manage action list to view the records. 
  • Permission: Calendar view permission to see the widget. Count may not match between widget and manage action item list, as widget doesn't consider login user's permission to show count. Where as list screen considers the permission.

Impacts: No Impact

  • Filters:
    • Module - Default All
    • Period - Fiscal / Calendar
    • All Action Item / My Action Item 
  • On click of status count, navigate to manage action List to view the records.

Purpose:

  • Provide option to create and manage action item priority

  • Option to create and manage action item priority lookup
  • Sequence/sort action item priority value.

Impacts: All module action item web and mobile, Cognos, Report .

PMP-56483 Decouple notification events from Notify Owners Immediately option

Existing System:

  • Action Item notification events are dependent on Notify Owner Immediate check box 

Purpose:

  • To decouple action item notification events from Notify Owner Immediate check box.

Enhanced System:

  • Verification notifications will not depend on Notify Owner Immediate check box.
  • Verification process user and other stockholders will receive notification even Notify Owner Immediate check box is unchecked.
  • Owner will receive notification only if Notify Owner Immediate check box is checked.

PMP-56521 As an end user I want Owners Pick list to list only users having Change Action Item Status permission

Existing System

  • Does not have option to configure owner pick list based on different action item permission

Purpose:

  • Providing ability to configure owner pick list based on module action item permission 

Enhanced System:

  • Allows customer to configure action item owner user based on module action item permission. 

e.g. Current product has configured with Action Item view permission, customer can configure to Change Action Status permission or both of them.

  • The configuration doesn't have UI, so can be configure with a technical assistance.

PMP-48114 Add option to “Track action items for each assigned owner individually”

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public / Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have option to create an action item for multiple owners individually at same time.

Purpose:

  • Providing ability to create an action item for multiple owners individually at same time. 

Enhanced System:

  • Add option to “Track action items for each assigned owner individually” for Action Items
  • Once the user has saved the action item with “Track action items for each assigned owner individually” as Yes then actions items should be created based on number of owners selected

           e.g if five owners are selected then five individual action Items should be created

  • It will copy the information (Filled before Action Item Status Changed to Complete.) Detail , Alert , Approval, Attachment
  • If the option has selected during edit of the CAPA, it will delete the existing CAPA and will create new CAPA for each owner. 
  • On create/edit will display  # of CAPA created without cancel button and navigate to List Screen.
  • The option will be default to uncheck. If user selects the option, after saving the option will be again unchecked.
  • Action Item Create/Update and other mail will be sent individually to each owners.
