Common Action Item Framework 

Now both web and mobile action item sections and fields will be managed using common action item configuration.

  • Turing on/off, mandatory/non-mandatory, enabled/disabled and module wise field configurations will be in sync with web.
  • Integrating action item to existing or new module will be faster.
  • All action item related functionalities will be available to both web and mobile. 
  • User can manage all action item related functionality in both web and mobile. 

Note : This includes all action item related features till v19.1, including module action item functionalities. 

MP-4093 Manage Action Item

Existing System: 

  • Action Item List with filter, using stand alone code for calendar

Purpose:

  • Action Item list using common action item framework and quick filters  

Enhanced System:

  • Persona Filter, to filter action items based on login user as a Owner or Assigned By
  • Card layout List 

Impacts: None


Note : This version only shows action items related to mobile modules i.e IMS, Audits, BBS and Calendar.

MP-4094 Action Item Summary

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public / Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System: 

  • Doesn't have option to view action item summary

Purpose:

  • Action item summary to view read only information based on workflow and quick action button to perform action item events based on persona and functionality.  

Enhanced System:

  • User should be able to navigate to the action item summary from list to view and edit existing records.
  • On click of the section will navigate to action item detail with respective section as expanded and other section as collapsed
  • Action item summary with read only content for section like Create, Approve, Complete and Verify. Display limited field based on the priority of the section.  
  • Quick action button to perform action immediately by persona and functionality. 
  • Action buttons will display as per permission and work flow of the action item. 
  • Action button sequence
    1. Approval Section - Button : Approve | Reject 
    2. Complete Section - Button :Extend Due Date
    3. Complete Section - Button : Approve Due Date | Reject Due Date
    4. Complete Section - Required Verification - Button : Complete
    5. Complete Section - Doesn't Required Verification - Button : Close
    6. Verification Section- Button : Reject | Closed

MP-4089 Action Item Detail

Existing System: 

  • Action item detail with basic features and not dynamic as web action item detail. Doesn't support all module action item functionalities. 

Purpose:

  • Action item detail with common action item framework and to be sync with web action item detail including all module action item functionality.

Enhanced System:

  • Using common action item framework.
  • Section and fields are managed from common action item framework configuration.
  • Support all functionality of action item like approval, extend due date, complete action item, verification , cost and multiple attachment .
  • All the functionality of web action item are in sync with mobile.   
  • Support managing all mobile module action item functionality.
  • Permission are based on module action item.
  • Source section based on module action item.
  • Navigates from action item summary screen.

MP-4519 As an end user I would like to see IMS CAPA list from IMS module

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA

Existing System: 

  • IMS Action Items are not displayed in Calendar List screen
  • Within IMS module Action Item list screen is not available

Purpose:

  • Allow users to see IMS List in Calendar and from IMS Module
  • Have Action Item functionality in sync with Web

Enhanced System:

  • Has a list screen for IMS Action Items accessible from IMS list screen
  • Users can see list of all IMS action items and navigate further to see details
  • User can modify/update existing Action Items

MP-619 As a user I want to create action items from the incident summary screen

Existing System: 

  • Does not allows users to create Action Items except for default action item while reporting an Incident

Purpose:

  • Allows users to create Action Items

Enhanced System:

  • Has Create Action Item functionality
  • Users can create Action Item for an Incident from Incident Summary screen

 MP-2767 Action Item creation in BBS Mobile

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: IsObservationActionItemApplicable
  • Public / Private: Private 
  • Default: Yes

Existing System:

BBS action items were created in web. In BBS mobile, there was no option to create action item.

Purpose: Action item for BBS already available in web , needs to be implemented in mobile for user to capture the action item in mobile .

Enhanced System:  

  • Similar to web action items creation will be available in BBS mobile
  • Action item for any behavior in an observation would appear after the observation details are saved
  • Action item can be created for behavior in both Peer to Peer and Group Observation
  • BBS specific Action items can be viewed in BBS Action Item Listing page
