PMP-49005-  Appointment Widget- System Landing Page

Configuration Setting:  No configuration 

Default: Available in Widget Library

Existing System:  

• Currently the system doesn't have the ability to give overall summary of the appointment of a particular Employee

Purpose :  Gives overall summary of the appointment of Employee. No need to apply filters in appointment central to pull out the information

Enhanced  System:

• Introduced an Appointment widget so that it can be integrated to System Landing page to give overall summary of the appointment of a particular Employee
• When the user logs in then, system will first check if the user is mapped to an employee or not then this widget will show the appointments for that employee .If that user does not have any linkage then this will be blank
• Following are the filter values-
  • Next 30 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • Cancelled
  • No Show

• User clicks on particular appointment- Direct to Encounter details. If the encounter is not created for the appointment then direct to "Select Encounters" screen of appointment details.
• View all- Redirects to the employee medical profile to show the list of selected employee's appointment
• Module specific permissions will be considered while displaying and redirecting the details in widget
• If the user doesn't have view appointment permission then the widget will not appear in the home page
