Generating OSHA 300A CSV file for Level

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Select the Desired Level.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Modules Icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
4. Click on the OSHA 300A Menu Item.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the OSHA 300A forms by checking the check box.
6. Click on the Generate CSV File button.
7. Click on the Downloaded Excel file top open that file.
