Working with the Investigate Section

Each incident type allows you to conduct an investigation of the incident that took place.  

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
3. Click on the Manage Incident Reports menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Incident ID.
   
   
   
   
5. In Investigation Section, Click on the Exclamation Mark icon.
   
   
   
   
6. The section status is available in the detail screen.
