Accessing the MSHA 7000-1 Form

This document demonstrates how to access to the MSHA 7000-1 forms used in mining industries.

Step-by-step Instructions: 

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
3. Click on the MSHA 7000-1 menu item.

4. Select the Incident from the MSHA 7000-1 screen
