Existing System: 

• Currently, Finding Location field is only available from Web

Purpose: 

• Add the field in Mobile Pro as well

Enhanced System:

• Finding Location field is available in Mobile Prof as well
• Now users can indicate exact location of the finding on facility layout while creating finding from Mobile Pro

Existing System: 

• Currently, Question default attachment does not show in Questionnaire screen for all Programs. It shows only for last synced program configured using same protocol.

Purpose: 

• Question attachment should be visible for all programs

Enhanced System:

• Question default attachment is visible in Questionnaire screen for all programs configured using same protocol
• Users cannot delete default question attachment

 MP-7082: Filter in View Session

Existing System: 

• In Mobile, for LMS module there is no feasibility to Search.

  Currently, its difficult for the end users to view the Sessions as to how many are completed or open, they have to drill down to see one by one and that's time taking.

Purpose: 

• Having the filter will make the screen user friendly and easy to find the required details.

Enhanced System:

• We have now added the filter which will capture the below search filters.

Filter by :

1. Training start date - date

2. Training end date - date

3. Training due date - date

4. Session name - text search

5. Course name - text search

6. Employee Name - text search

7. Instructor Name - text search

8. Outcome Status - drop down / existing fields in product or in customer site

9. Score - text search

 MP-8997 : Changes in 'My Training' screen permissions

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• In current mobile application, the 'My Training' screen is dependent on 'View Session' permission. In web, its an individual entity but in Mobile, it is subset of sessions list. To see the sessions in mobile under My Training, the user should have access to View Session under Session Management and View My Training under My Training Management. 

Purpose: 

• To allow users to view the 'My Training screen' with its independent permission.

Enhanced System:

• The My Training' screen is now dependent only on ‘My Training’ view permission like web.

 MP-6865 : Display Multiple Plans in Session Summary

Configurable: Yes

• Title: Is Multiple Plan Selection Applicable
• Public/Private: Private
• Default: No

Existing System: 

• Currently, system allows to select single plan for a Session

Purpose: 

• To allow users to select multiple plans as required

Enhanced System:

• The system now allows to select single / multiple plans for a session and will display the associated courses / Prerequisite courses when plan is selected
