22.2 IMS Release Notes

New and Improved Features

PMP-81245 - As an admin I want to have a UI to manage Investigation Requirement configuration

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have a UI that lists down all available configurations related to Investigation requirement
  • Does not have a way for system administrators to know the current configurations and change it as per need
  • System Administrators are dependent on ProcessMAP support for this configuration

Purpose: 

  • Provide a UI to reduce dependency on ProcessMAP support and enhance self service

Enhanced System:

  • Has a UI that lists down all available configurations related to different sections of Investigation by Incident Type
  • The UI is available in Module Setup >> Investigation Configuration
  • The UI will have 2 different tabs "Investigation Requirement Configuration" and "Field Level Configuration"
    • Investigation Requirement Configuration will list down all Investigation Section related configuration by Incident Type
    • Field Level configuration will list down any field specific configuration with a Investigation Section
    • If any change is made to field level configuration, then system will require a log out for the configuration to reflect (as it happens currently from configuration screen) 
  • The UI will reflect the existing configuration customers have and it will allow to make modification as per need
  • There is no change in the functionality with this enhancement

PMP-78886 - As an end user I want the option to map body parts lookup values on the body part diagram

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • Does not have an option to map body parts look-up values to the body part diagram from the module set up as this can only be done from the backend

Purpose: 

  • To allow users to map body parts lookup values to the body part diagram on their own using the interface

Enhanced System:

  • Body Part Diagram has been integrated in Body Part look up value screen
  • After selecting a body part group from the body part diagram the name of the body part group is populated in the "Body Part Group" field and the applicable side (left/right) field will be auto-selected in the checkboxes (if the selected body part has the option)
  • If the selected body part does not have a left/right option then checkboxes will not have any selection
  • Others option is provided in the diagram for lookup values that are not physical body part like Mental stress
  • The body part group names are also displayed in a new column on the body parts list screen
  • Note - One time body parts lookup value mapping to body part groups has been already been completed for all the customer live sites with the body part widget release in 21.2

PMP-78887 - As an end user I want to filter body part look-up value using the body parts diagram in the pick list

Existing System

  • In the existing system, users have to go through the entire list of body part values to identify the injured body part while completing the incident details

Purpose: 

  • To provide an easy way for users to identify the injured body area and complete the injured body part selection efficiently

Enhanced System:

  • The body parts picklist screen has the body parts diagram on the left side and the body part values on the right side of the screen
  • The users can click on multiple body part groups on the body parts diagram. On clicking, the body part lookup values will be filtered to the respective body part groups selected on the body part diagram

PMP-85357 - As an end user I want to copy all the IMS location setup values when a location is copied

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • The existing location copy feature does not have the ability to copy IMS  location setup values

Purpose: 

  • Enhance usability of Copy Location feature by adding more and more options to copy source location setup

Enhanced System:

  • Has the option to select IMS location setup values while copying a location
  • Users can search for the module name to filter all the Incident Management location setup look up values
  • Users can select multiple options from the drop down

PMP-86264 As an end user I want to view Signification Level field in Report

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: Yes

Existing System

  • “Confirm Significance level of incident“ field is not displayed in RC report for any Incident Type
  • This field is not displayed in Incident Summary report for GL Incident Type

Purpose: 

  • Consistency in Reports

Enhanced System:

  • The field is added in Application Incident Summary Report at the end of Incident Details section
    • The field will displayed based on the custom setting for GL incident type 
  • The field is added in Incident Detail report under Accident Incident - Integrated folder, after Primary owner column

PMP-81335 - As an end user I want ability to change default response for Employee Premises field for Near Miss

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Employee Premises Default (existing)
  • Public/Private: Public
  • Default: Yes

Existing System

  • Does not provide flexibility to change default response for "Incident Occurred on Employer's Premises" field for Near Miss
  • It is always defaulted to "No"

Purpose: 

  • Provide flexibility to configure default response for "Incident Occurred on Employer's Premises" field as we have for Injury/Illness

Enhanced System:

  • The existing custom setting for Injury/Illness is extended for Near Miss incident type as well
  • With one custom setting both Incident types can be configured

PMP-80861 - As an end user with Edit Vehicle Claim permission I want to View License information

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: View Driver’s License Data  
  • Public/Private: Public
  • Default: Disabled

Existing System

  • In the existing system the driver license field is marked as a privacy field and data once entered cannot be viewed
  • This is a problem for customers who do not maintain driver license number as part of Employee demographics
  • As of now there is no way for them to make sure of data accuracy

Purpose: 

  • Provide flexibility to view/edit driver's license information to the users with create/edit claim form permission to insure data accuracy

Enhanced System:

  • Has a custom setting to hide or show driver's license information to users with create/edit claim form permission
  • Users can also edit the information if needed

Impacts: Mobile
