22.2 Operational Profile Management Release Notes
New and Improved Features
Product Level Change
Configurable
PMP-85801 As a System Admin I want the ability to push changes in Protocol to related existing Profiles
Configurable: No
- Title: NA
- Public/Private: NA
- Default: NA
Existing System:
- Does not have option to push changes in Protocol to all existing Profiles where Protocol is used
- User has to go to each profile one by one for the changes to reflect
Purpose:
- Provide option to push the changes in Protocol to all existing profiles
Enhanced System:
- Has "Reload Protocol" column added in Protocol List screen
- The column will display Reload option for those protocols where there is any change in the "Activities" tab of the protocol. Changes could be:
- Activity is added
- Activity is removed
- On click of Reload an information alert will show up with <Cancel> and <Proceed> buttons
- If user clicks on Proceed below events will take place:
- The column text will change as "In Progress" and the Protocol will be not editable until the Activity regeneration completes
- System will delete all future month instances of the Profile Activity
- If there is any future instance of activity where some progress was made or closed in advance, all the data will be lost
- Any past month instances of the Activity in Calendar will remain as is irrespective of the status
- Current month activity
- If status is open, it will be deleted
- If status is closed, it will remain as is
- System will create new instances for Future months of the Profile as per due date
- For current month if a closed instance of the activity exists, system will not create another instance
- The column will display "Not Available" text where there is no update in the "Activities" tab
- The column will display "Reloaded on <Date when reload button was clicked>" text where there was some update in the "Activities" tab and Reload option was used
- To enhance screen usability, sorting is done based on Updated Date. If Updated Date is not available then Created Date will be used
- This way System admin will see latest protocols on top and they need not search for those.
Impacts: No Impact
PMP-85763 As a System Admin I do not want to assign scope for each activity
Configurable: Yes
- Title: Enable Activity Scope
- Public/Private: Public
- Default: No
Existing System:
- Does not have the ability to turn off the Scope screen in Activity Applicability tab
- This causes redundant work for customer who frequently add new locations in their Org Structure
- Such customers filter their Activities using Activity filter and not by assigning location scope
Purpose:
- Provide flexibility to manage Activity applicability by only Activity Filter or both Activity Filter and Activity Location scope
Enhanced System:
- Has a configuration available to turn on/off Activity Location scope feature
- When the feature is turned off, system will push the activity to all locations where filter question response matches
Impacts: No Impact
