PMP-82346 - As an administrator, I would like to create a system view for home screen

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • There is no option to create a system view
  • Customers are raising requests to create system views as per requirement.

Purpose: 

  • To allow system administrators to create a system view for the home page

Enhanced System:

  • Allow system administrator users to create a system view
    • Click on Add New View
    • Select "Make System View" to create a new system view
    • Select "Make Default View" to make the view as default System View for the site.
  • The System Administrators can create a new System Views by using an existing system views.
    • Click on Edit Layout of an existing system view
    • Change the view name as per the new view name
    • Add or remove widgets or change the widget layout as per need.
    • Click on Save As button to create the new view.  
  • Allow making the system view default for all the users. The default system view will not overwrite the default "My View" created by any user.

Impacts: No Impact


Note: Once created System views can't be changed or deleted from UI. This option will be provided in the upcoming version.

PMP-82345 - As an administrator, I would like to create a system view for SOA list

Configurable: No

Existing System

  • There is no option to create a system view
  • Customers are raising requests to create system views as per requirement.

Purpose: 

  • To allow system administrators to create a system view for the home page

Enhanced System:

  • Allow system administrator users to create a system view
    • Click on Add New View
    • Select "Make System View" to create a new system view
    • Select "Make Default View" to make the view as default System View for the site.
  • Allow making the system view default for all the users. The default system view will not overwrite the default "My View" created by any user.

Impacts: No Impact


Note: Once created System views can't be changed or deleted from UI. This option will be provided in the upcoming version.

PMP-74669 - Display New Employee Types in Employee Import

PMP-72348 - Display Supervisor's Employee ID to select supervisor in Employee Import Tool

PMP-66469 - Add Driver Information to Employee Import

Configurable: No

Existing System

  • Employee Type has hardcode value
  • Supervisor list doesn't display employee id, so its difficult to select employee with same name
  • Driver Information is not available with the current template. 

Purpose: 

  • To keep application and import tool template in sync

Enhanced System:

  • Dynamic Employee Type value. Any new value will be added, will automatically reflect in the import tool template. 
  • Added Employee ID to Supervisor Name, this will help to find Supervisor with name or employee ID. Also supervisor select will be unique based on name and employee id. 
  • Driver Information has been added to the employee import template. All the mandatory information needs to provide while adding the driver details. Validation will apply if data has provided to any of the driver information columns.

PMP-71826 - Add MXN currency and wage frequency as Semimonthly in employee wage

  • Added MXN(Mexican) currency type and a new wage frequency as Semimonthly.

PMP-72950 - Provide scope and permission to all the locations of the selected level using user import

PMP-85889 - Add app builder insight permission and OPM module to user import

Existing System

  • Need to select the level hierarchy up to the location to provide scope and permission
  • No permission option for App Builder Insight and OPM module.

Purpose: 

  • Provide flexibility to select level hierarchy, this will help to provide scope and permission based on top level selection. Rather providing scope and permission individually for each of the level hierarchy
  • Added all new module permission to the user import tool

Enhanced System:

  • Provide scope and permission to all the sublevel and locations based on the top level selection or up to a certain level hierarchy 
  • Update user information for multiple location
  • Added new permission option for App Builder Insight and OPM
  • Removed Site Walk module from user template

  • No option to import Employee, User and Organization Coponent at location 

Purpose: 

  • Will be helpful for the location administrators to import Employee, User and Organization Coponents for their locations in bulk, rather creating or updating them individually using the UI.

Enhanced System:

  • Provided the option to import data for the location administrator
  • Provided option to import Employee, User and Organization component
  • Import button will be enabled based on the create and edit permission
