PMP-86033 As a system admin I want Copy program feature for ease of setting up programs for next year

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• As of now system does not have option to copy Sustainability Programs
• As a result Administrators has to go through all the steps of Program creation every year
• This increases chances of missed configurations as there are many steps involved

Purpose: 

• Reduce redundant yearly activity by providing copy program feature
• Reduce dependency on ProcessMAP support

Enhanced System:

• Has option to copy a Sustainability Program
• User has to select program to to be copied and click on Copy button
• System will open Program details page and populate all the fields from source program except for Dates
  • Program name will be prefixed with "Copy of" 
• Once user updates the dates and save, all other tab configurations will be copied over to the new programs as per provided start and end dates
• Reporting Frequency start and end date will be set same as Program start and end date

PMP-85713 As a system admin I want an option to recalculate existing KPI data after formula update

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Does not have option for System Administrators to recalculate the data in case formula is change for a KPI
• They need to depend on ProcessMAP support to recalculate the data

Purpose: 

• Provide option for System Admin to change the formula and correct existing data for the KPI without dependency on ProcessMAP support

Enhanced System:

• Has option to recalculate data for existing KPI when formula is changed
  • The recalculation option will be visible for existing KPIs where:
    • Derivative KPI is configured to a Program i.e. reporting frequency is configured
    • Historical data is available
    • There is a change in the formula or it is new KPI
  • The recalculation option will be visible for New KPIs where:
    • Derivative KPI is configured to a Program i.e. reporting frequency is configured
  • System also provides option for user to choose the period for which the new formula should be applied on existing data
  • The options are Current Year, Last 2 Years, Last 3 Years
  • Customer using Fiscal Year configuration these options will be displayed accordingly the period will be considered as per configuration
  • If the KPI is Energy KPI then Emission Data based on KPI configuration will also be refreshed
  • During recalculation the button text will change to "Recalculation In Progress" and it will be disabled
  • The button will be visible until the recalculation has happened. Once recalculation is done the button will be hidden
  • If user does not make use of "Recalculate Existing Data" button after formula change, the new formula will apply moving forward only (existing behavior)
  • YTD will be calculated based on latest formula
• System also has a new section called "Formula History"
  • The section will be available only for "Derivative from Other KPIs"
  • The section will display User Name and time stamp of the change
  • It will capture the change in Formula and recalculation
