Working with Audit Program Security

Users have the ability to enable security at the Program Level in the Advanced Details section while creating an Audit Program.

The Audit Program Security tab allows users to select the users which are to have access to the Audit Program. Users are listed by the Audit Management program role they have been assigned with.

This Program level Security is to restrict the program only to certain users. This is an additional level of restriction that can be placed over and above the module permissions.

Example

If user, John Smith, has permissions to perform audits but his name is not selected in the audit program security pick list, then he will not be able to perform audit for that particular audit, despite having the Perform Audit permission.
