Working with the Program Status Setup Tab

Using the Audit Program Status provides visibility for tracking the audit program from start to finish. It allows the users to identify the next phase in the life cycle of an audit program to move an audit along to the next phase.


The following Audit Program Statuses are required for all audit programs:

  • Audit Scheduled
  • Audit Closed

Adding a New Program Status

  1. From the Program Details tab, click on the Add button located on the upper right to add a new program status.



  2. Click on the Ok button on the confirmation window to create a new level for the program status setup. 



  3. Click on the drop down window to select the desired status. 



  4. Click in the Select User field to access a list or begin typing the name of the user to select the name of the user who will be assigned to update the status created. 
  5. Click on the Save and Next button to proceed to the next steps or go directly to performing the audit by clicking on the Perform Audit button.

Sequencing the Program Status 

Pre-requisite

  • Program Status(es) must be saved and selected prior to sequencing the order of the status.
  1. From the Program Details tab, click on the Sequence button located on the upper right.
  2. Select the number for the Program Status to be moved. 
  3. Click on the Up or Down arrows to move the Program Status to the desired order. 
  4. Click on the Save button.



  5. Click on the Ok button on the confirmation window. 



  6. Click on the Close button. 



  7. Click on the Ok button from the confirmation window. 


Additional Information

Once the program status is set, users who are configured in program status will be able to change the status under perform audit tab.
