Existing System: User did not have an option to lock the 'SOAP Notes' 

Purpose: This will help user to keep the details entered in the notes safe and not editable by any user.

Enhanced System: ‘Lock SOAP Notes’ field is now added for SOAP Notes so that the details can be saved and the note becomes uneditable & can be unlocked as required.

  PMP -89362 : Occ Health - Change in the Appointment Calendar timings for the Healthcare providers.

Existing System: Currently, the appointment roster is set between 9am-4pm and if user wants to schedule anytime before or after the prescribed time has to make changes to the Team Shift roster every time.

Purpose: Provide more flexibility in the appointment timings with the healthcare providers.

Enhanced System: Instead of limiting the scheduled time between 9am-5pm, we will now extend the appointment time period to maximum available time in 24 hours which is easier and user friendly.

  PMP-87654 : Request to change the "From Email" in Occ.Health.

Existing System: Users are not getting emails from both clinic notes and restrictions notifications . 

Purpose: To successfully receive the notifications for Clinic Notes and restrictions.

Enhanced System: When we send a notification, our application uses the ProcessMAP SMTP Server (Rackspace) which allows email only from @processmap.com . We have now changed the from email to notification@processmap.com .
